We are excited to announce that the prestigious journal Science of The Total Environment, published by Elsevier (Impact Factor 9.8), is interested in publishing a special issue titled "Advances, Applications, and Approaches of the use of Chironomidae in Aquatic Ecology: Special issue of the 22nd International Symposium on Chironomidae." This special issue will feature papers presented at the 22nd International Symposium on Chironomidae, which took place at the University of Niš, Serbia, from June 17-19, 2024.
The special issue will focus on new advances, applications, and approaches related to the use of chironomids in aquatic ecology. This is a unique opportunity for conference participants to contribute their research to a high-impact publication and showcase their work to a global audience.
